We are here to share and inspire the gift of hope through our life coaching services. Some people come to us feeling broken, defeated, confused, and stuck. Others come without identify or in need of encouragement. Whatever your issues may be, you can count on us to support your motivation in order to fulfill your life goals.

Our mission is to provide support, spiritual counseling, and life coaching to those seeking growth and guidance. Our purpose is to support others as they reach beyond the break and grab the hope they need in order to recognize who they were created and called be.
We hope to encourage our clients to avoid dwelling on their setbacks, snares, and failures in life. Instead, we want them to embrace the reality that those moments in life were merely part of their story. Our goal is help each person identify and embrace their strengths and mature into their best self,

About Us
Another Step Christian Counseling & Coaching Services is a nonprofit organization being led by Shalonda Spencer . Shalonda started assisting individuals and families through crisis and identity ownership over 20 years ago after losing her daughter to illness.
She later went through a marriage strain, and learned the true definition of ownership, admittance, freedom and continued to assist others in ministry and transparency. She believes her steps were ordered even through her suffering, and now the Glory is being revealed through her life and the lives of others.
She often says, “It’s only a setback. You're not knocked out”. She was encouraged years ago to reach beyond the break and hold on. Now, she’s encouraging others to do the same.
Another Step Christian Counseling & Coaching Services is dedicated to empowering people through life coaching. We have been serving individuals throughout Nebraska, Texas, Missouri, and Louisiana since 2001.
Meet Dr. Shalonda Spencer
Shalonda is a life coach with more than 20 years of experience. In 2018, she decided to fully commit to her business in order to provide the best possible service to individuals in need.
Over the years, Shalonda has helped people with their relationships, those struggling with identity and self-esteem, those abused, and individuals suffering a loss. Her gift is Hope through FAITH.
